Teacher, teacher-organizer, social worker with higher education and 25 years of experience. For 13 years she was the head of the department of artistic and aesthetic creativity in the children's district Center for extracurricular work. She was the leader and organizer of children's creative associations of various directions. Creative works and projects were repeatedly awarded with certificates and diplomas by district and regional departments of education and state administrations. Children were participants and winners of regional, All-Ukrainian competitions, festivals, exhibitions. Manual creativity is a hobby that I have been interested in since childhood, and with the beginning of my teaching activity I have been passing on my knowledge and skills to children. The main principles that I use in my work are novelty, brightness, an individual approach to the development of creative abilities, creating an atmosphere of free self-expression and making independent decisions in creating creative projects. In my deep conviction, based on many years of work experience, children who are engaged in handicrafts develop such qualities as determination, perseverance, self-discipline, self-confidence. Classes motivate them to self-development, motivate them to create their own special works, in which they show their fantasy, imagination, their natural inclinations.
