Biography
Born February 12, 1984 in a military family, in Kyiv, Ukraine
At the age of 6, she received Pushkin's book Fairy Tales in Verse as a gift from her father, learned it by heart, and at the age of 7 staged her first performance, The Tale of the Dead Princess and the Seven Bogatyrs, for the residents of the military dormitory where they themselves lived. She took courses in journalism, courses in fashion models, courses in photography, courses in cutting and sewing, and was engaged in various circles of theatrical amateur performances.
After a while, she returned to the theater. She also decided to return to dancing, but she could no longer return as an ensemble artist, so she went to study as a choreographer. She entered the director of mass holidays, at the same educational institution. At the end of her studies, she had an internship at the Academic Puppet Theater and fell in love with this world of miracles and magic forever.
For a long time she worked in the organization of children's parties, organizer and host of weddings.
In 2009, together with a friend, they created the Seagull Puppet Theater, which, like the Bremen Town Musicians, traveled around the cities, performing in schools and kindergartens.
In 2011, they became a participant in the most theater festival of Ukraine "Moloko", with the production of "Ordinary Ermey" and received the nomination: "Discovery of the Year", which opened the doors to the world of theater for us and gave recognition to many of us as an independent and beginning professional theater.
In 2016, together with her family (by that time she was already a mother of three children), she emigrated to the USA, Illinois, Chicago.
In 2021, she created SOVA Theater Studio, a theater of puppets and people. The opening took place with the production of "The Stork and the Scarecrow"
